From a hardware counter to an infrastructure vendor

Perfect Computers started as a hardware trade in New Bardwari, selling and repairing desktops, printers and laptops for the offices and households of Sakchi. Fifteen years of that work taught us the part buyers care about most: a machine is only as good as the person who answers the phone when it stops.

The work grew as our customers did. Offices needed networks, then servers; factories and campuses needed surveillance; everyone eventually needed software that matched the way they already worked. Today the firm is a proprietorship run from the same address, supplying and servicing computing infrastructure for plants, hospitals, institutions and government offices across East Singhbhum, and implementing ERPNext and custom applications for the ones ready to move off spreadsheets.

We remain deliberately local. Engineers reach a site in Jamshedpur the same day, spares come off our own shelves, and the person who quoted the job is the person you call about it.

How we work

Specify honestly

We would rather lose a line item than sell a machine that will be undersized in eighteen months. Where a cheaper configuration does the job, we say so on the quotation.

Write it down

Scope, models, warranty terms, delivery period and response windows go on paper before work starts, and completion reports and as-built documents go on paper after.

Stay reachable

One office, one set of numbers, no call-centre queue. Contracted sites get a named contact and an escalation path that ends with the proprietor.
